Parliament Zoom- Year Four and Year Six- 11th November 2022

Year Four and Year Six experienced a live Teams meeting with parliament. They learnt lots about how parliament works and the roles that people have. They spoke to a local MP and asked some super questions that he was able to answer for us, many that were specific to Grimsargh and the local area.

BBC Children in Need- Friday 18th November 2022

School Council met before Children in Need and decided what we would do as a school to raise money for the charity. 

They decided to lead an assembly to tell everyone what Children in Need is all about and took ideas for activities to do in classes back to their teachers and peers. 

The assembly went well, despite some technical hitches and lots of lovely activities took place across the school- we were seeing spots before our eyes!

Grimsargh’s Got Talent 2022

An afternoon of talent was showcased by pupils from Reception to Year Six. We saw gymnastics, magic shows, dancing and so much more. We had so much fun as the School Council had the tough job of judging the acts. It was a close call, but everyone who performed showed great resilience, confidence and self belief.
