Holy Books

Year 2 children enjoyed learning about the Bible during the Autumn Term. We were lucky enough to host a variety of visitors who taught us about Holy Books, including Mrs Kaur who explained how Sikhs use the Granth Sahib, how to respect the holy scriptures and the similarities and differences between the Bible and the Granth Sahib.

Mrs Patel also visited Year 2 and we found out about the Quran, particularly how it is similar to the Bible and how it differs. How often do you read your holy book? When do you read it and why?
